You then sign up as an affiliate with the company. As an affiliate, you have the companies or businesses permission to post their links or ads onto a website that you have or own. Now if, and when someone visits your website and clicks the link to the business from your website you can earn one of two ways pay per click or pay per purchase. If a visitor to your site follows the link to the business and makes, a purchase the company will pay you a percent of the sale price. Now affiliate marketers- work much the same way as the business affiliates do. Except that affiliates market the products, differently affiliates go to the product sites that handle affiliate-marketing products in large numbers these sites offer both paid and free accounts that allow the affiliates to promote many different products at one time. This means there is no limit to the number of products an affiliate may promote on his or her site. The sales percentage is usually higher as well for the affiliates who promote these products. The affiliates must promote the products in several ways to get the product to sell the products must be viewed by a potential buyer, in order for the affiliate to receive, the sale percentage income. Most affiliates create a web site or a web-hosting site. Many of these sites are free to have and use as you wish the website provider would place there own ads on the site they let the affiliates use. This is a great way to get free sites to put affiliate products on without having to pay huge expensive monthly fees for a website. The affiliates then can post links, create web content about the products, and place as many products on the site as is allowed by the space of the site. Some sites limit the amount of storage space for content, links, pictures, and even text. Therefore, some affiliates may have several web sites; each site may have specific products on the sites. One web site may have pet products and one web site may have exercise products on it. However, affiliates must follow the product owners rules and guide lines while promoting the products. If an affiliate violates the owners rule or guidelines then the affiliate may no longer, be allowed to promote this owners product.
